New Wholesale Business at Hien Thao Shop
From May 22, 2020, Hien Thao Store will start a Wholesale Business category. The goal is to diversify our business and serve our customers better. The wholesale category will be irrelevant and does not change the retail items available on our website.

Packaging and Transportation
To respond promptly to market demand, especially with the Covid-19 pandemic. We decided to use additional sea freight for wholesale products in addition to traditional air freight services. We can provide the following packaging forms.
Time for processing order and shipping
Depending on the customer countries and shipping lines, transit time can be from one week to 3 months. The loading port of shipment will be the Hai Phong port. Order processing time from the time the customer places an order, payment to loading onboard takes from 5 days to 30 days, depending on the type of goods and agreement between the two parties.
- The target customers: At the moment, we focus on small and medium-sized wholesale customers and retail customers with retail stores or grocery stores. We can provide an order of at least one cubic meter with more than 5 different types of items in a single shipment.
- Payment methods: The method of payment is bank transfer, Onepay or Union Pay, our account will be displayed in quotes and contracts with you.
